Our Property

River Rose features a spacious 1,400 square foot home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The living area invites relaxation with its comfortable furnishings and a 65 inch Smart TV. Our fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities and essential cookware, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The dining area, which seats 10 inside and 20+ outside, It is ideal for enjoying those meals with loved ones.

The true charm of River Rose lies in its breathtaking outdoor spaces. Our backyard offers a Hill Country gathering area with outdoor seating for 20+ and a dining set for alfresco meals inside for 10. The lawn leads down to the waterfront where you can enjoy the tranquil river setting. Whether you’re kayaking, fishing, or simply relaxing by the riverside, the beauty of the Blanco River will captivate you.
