River Rose is a stunning 3-bedroom waterfront home, perfectly nestled along a quiet stretch of the Blanco River. This 1,400 square foot retreat is designed to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, offering an idyllic escape for families, friends, and anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of the Texas Hill Country.

As you enter River Rose, you'll be greeted by an inviting and luxurious interior. The living area is the heart of the home, featuring comfortable furnishings that invite you to unwind. A large 65 inch Smart TV is perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The tasteful décor and cozy atmosphere make this space ideal for relaxation after a day of adventure.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, blending charm and functionality. Modern appliances, essential cookware, and dinnerware provide everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you’ll find this kitchen has all the amenities you need. The adjacent dining area features a table that comfortably seats 10 and the outdoor table seats 20+, making it the perfect spot for family meals or intimate dinners.

River Rose boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind:
- Bedroom 1: Features a King-size bed, a 32 inch Smart TV, work station and adjoining bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. This room is a cozy retreat with ample space for relaxation.
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with built in bunk beds for optimal sleep space. This room offers a serene atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep.
- Bedroom 3: The room features a king-size bed and built-in bunk beds, combining comfort with practicality in a cozy setting.
- Guest Bathroom: Convenient location from bedroom 1 and 2. Includes plenty of vanity space and a shower/tub combo.
*All rooms include blackout curtains.

The real magic of River Rose is found in its breathtaking outdoor spaces. The backyard is a Hill Country paradise, offering a rugged yet refined gathering area. Outdoor seating for six is set atop a crushed granite base, and a dining set is available for those irresistible grill-based dinners.
Ample lawn space, shaded by old oak trees, provides plenty of room for relaxation and play. The pathway leads down to the waterfront, where a charming riverside seating area awaits. Here, you can watch kayakers glide by, spot fly fishermen, and enjoy the local wildlife. The cool, refreshing waters of the Blanco River are perfect for swimming, tubing, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
